The 10 Step By Step Process To Manifest Your Dreams

Know that in every step, you can use INMIND Songs to help you succeed in your manifestation process.

Step One: Create heart-brain coherence to be in the moment and to self-regulate.

You can manifest whatever you want in life, but you can do it from the frequency of creation, which is the present moment. When you want something – abundance, health, the ideal partner, longevity, a mystical experience, etc. – you must communicate that intention in a language that the Field, where all possibilities exist, understands. The Field doesn't comprehend linear time-based thought language, as it operates on a multidimensional level, and it perceives through emotions, which are electromagnetic. If you want to manifest something in your life, its language is the combination of the present moment and emotions because, as you know, the past and future do not exist; only emotions in the present moment (energy in motion) do.

This leads to the ultimate state of being to manifest your dreams, which is when you are, as I call it, “heart-zentered”.

Remember that neuroscience says, “Where you put your attention is where your energy goes.” Direct your attention into your heart and be present, intentionally creating heart- brain coherence. This practice will ultimately provide you with the self-regulation skill to balance your nervous system so that you can create the life of your dreams, because as Joe says, “you cannot create a new life if you are in survival.”

Step Two: Set your intention.

Choose something you want and create a thought answering: What do I desire to manifest? Be very specific. You can also write it down for more clarity.

Step Three: Feel elevated emotion of your dream/intention already made manifest.

For example, if you want abundance, ask yourself: How would I feel if I were already abundant? Your answer will probably be: freedom, wholeness, gratitude, relief... If you don't know what to feel, feel gratitude because, as Joe says, “gratitude is the ultimate state of receivership.”

For support in this process, choose the INMIND Song or INMIND Songs that resonate with you and evoke the emotions and state of being you would have if your dream were already your reality.

Step Four: Create Self-awareness and soul-awareness.

Use your metacognition to become aware of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Catch your limiting thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and change them for the elevated ones of your dream made manifest. Move your self- awareness of your elevated emotions back into your heart- zentered state, meaning put your attention in your heart, feeling the elevated emotion of your dream made manifest, and creating the soul-awareness of knowing that you are already it as you are quantum entangled to everything and everyone. Become aware of your torus energy field that radiates from your heart, extending outside of you, reaching everything you want to experience.

Step Five: Mental Rehearsal & Repetition.

Use your metacognition to remember to mentally rehearse and repeat the emotion of being who you want to become. Sustain that elevated emotion in your heart, creating soul- awareness. You can use any of the INMIND Songs for this process.

Step Six: Take Coherent Action. (As this text is extensive, find the expanded explanation of it on my book here).

Step Seven: Surrender to the unknown & let go.

This part delves into my previous point about how your intention sets the focus of your energy in motion for your desire to manifest. It's a unique form of “wanting without wanting.” Joe has an excellent choice of words for “wanting without wanting.” He says: “You have to find the balance between intention and surrender.”

Step Eight: Feel compassion towards yourself during the process. This doesn't mean to “not be hard on yourself,” as you must be firm with your brain to change it (Neuroplasticity). What I mean is to remember that practice makes the master, so be compassionate with yourself as you become the master. The master of what? Well, the master of observing your thoughts and emotions and changing them, as that is the foundation for doing the work to manifest your dreams by becoming a new self. No matter the outcome, know that the act of catching a thought is already a win.

Step Nine: Be willing to feel uncomfortable.

Actually, this part is inspiring me to share that it's true: “the universe rewards the brave ones.” You see, the brave ones are those who create new neural pathways. By doing so, they think, feel, behave, and act in different ways, which will inevitably lead to manifesting something different in their lives that matches their state of being. They were brave enough to change because as we know, change can be very uncomfortable due to the stable neural tendencies that resist changing in case you are making a mistake. So, you review your new brain commands over and over until, with free will, you create the change.

Step Ten: Have fun with the process!

Having fun during the process, which is the primary reason we exist, will also elevate your body's vibrational sound into wholeness. You must have a sense of joy for life and celebration, which is the recipe for someone who is already fulfilled. What can I say, the Field has the soul of a kid and loves to have fun and surprise you. It doesn't like to be bored at all. You are it, remember? You are that creator kid.
